April 9th Wednesday
Combine Feldenkrais/ Pilates with work on the lunge to improve your riding . Private sessions with Sarah Merriam Pierce and Sue Nevill-Parker Cost £60 for approx 1 ½ hours

April 13th Sunday
FL&AT course (Waiting List only) "Alignment of the Spine and Core Stability"- Full day workshop combining Feldenkrais, Lunge work and Alexander Technique with Sarah Merriam Pierce, Sue Nevill-Parker and Phillippa Morrell. Time: from 9.45am to 5pm. Cost: £145

April 26th Saturday
Basic Handling Skills workshop for Novice riders/owners with Sue Nevill-Parker and TTEAM Practitioner Anita Gough. Time 11am. Cost: £10

August 3rd - 8th Arrow Week
A week for enthusiastic amateur riders to focus on improving their riding skills. Private and group lessons with or without your own horse. Numbers limited. Cost approx £120 a day or drop in for dismounted workshops for just £15.

August 26th - 31st
Erik Herbermann Dressage Clinic. Spectators: £35 for 1st day, £15 for additional days.

FL&AT - Feldenkrais, Lunging and Alexander Technique 1-Day Workshops

Sarah Merriam Pierce, Philippa Morrell and I will be continuing with our very popular courses combining Alexander Technique, Feldenkrais work and riding. The day involves group and private sessions with each of us and runs from approx 10am - 5pm. The Spring dates can be found in “ Dates for your Diary” . Courses are limited to just 6 riders per day and the day includes 3 group sessions, 3 one-to-one sessions and of course a wonderful lunch! Please get in touch ASAP if you want to book a place as they are sure to go quickly. Cost: £145
NB Philippa has recently broken her arm (skiing) so Chris English, MSTAT will be filling in until the end of March.

Sue has been giving lessons to small groups of riders in both with Arrow Schoolmasters and the riders’ own horses. These sessions are subject to the weather (when held outside) and Sue’s commitment to work at home but anyone interested in organising or joining existing clinics should contact Sue (Tel: 01544 388 321) or the local organisers (see above). Lessons cost approx £55 (depending on distance Sue has to travel with or without horses) for 1 hour private lesson with a minimum of 6 riders per day.

Private Arrow Courses

Riders can come to Arrow Equestrian for short courses with or without their horse. Most people come for 3-4 days with 2-3 lessons a day. Alexander Technique lessons with Philippa Morrell can usually be included . Feldenkrais work with Sarah Merriam Pierce is also available if there are several of you wanting lessons on the same day. A programme can be organised to suit individuals (or small groups) and local accommodation is available at a small selection of “tried and tested” B and Bs.
